Is it free to attend a ProExpos show?
Yes. Attendance is free for qualified buildings and facilities management professionals at every ProExpos show, including the exhibit floor and education sessions.
How do I register to attend a ProExpos show?
Register for free on the website of the show you plan to attend; for example, CBFM registration is at cbfm.net/attendee-registration. Every show's website is linked from proexpos.com
Who attends ProExpos shows?
ProExpos shows draw facility managers, property managers, building owners and operators, chief engineers, and plant and maintenance engineers. They come from schools, universities, municipalities, hospitals, manufacturing, hotels and resorts, airports and seaports, worship facilities, offices, data centers, HOAs and multifamily properties.
Do ProExpos shows include education sessions?
Yes. Each ProExpos show runs a free educational conference of one-hour talks alongside the trade show, covering topics such as LEED, sustainability, energy, building commissioning, facility maintenance, construction and renovation planning. Continuing-education credit, where offered, is arranged with partner associations and varies by show, so check the individual show's website.
Is lunch included at ProExpos shows?
Yes. ProExpos shows host a free networking luncheon on the show floor for attendees and exhibitors, with food and beverages; times are listed on each show's Show Facts page.
Are there age restrictions at ProExpos shows?
Yes. No one under 18 is allowed at ProExpos shows.

Can I exhibit at more than one ProExpos show?

How does ProExpos promote shows to exhibitors' customers?
Beyond advertising and targeted email, ProExpos personally calls and invites each exhibitor's Top 50 clients and prospects to the show and offers them a free lunch.
What exhibitor services are available at ProExpos shows?
Each ProExpos show publishes an online exhibitor service kit with move-in and move-out times, discounted booth furnishing packages for 10x10 and 10x20 booths, badge ordering, show program listings and decorator and electrical ordering. Details and deadlines vary by show and venue.
How can my organization sponsor or partner with ProExpos?
